Thomas De Brun conducted two Performance Based Hiring Workshops for Commerzbank in our Equities Division. The workshops were attended by mid to senior level executives. The main aim of the workshop was to improve both hiring managers and members of their hiring teams ability, to fill strategically important vacancies accurately and within budget.
