Thomas has more than 30 years experience as corporate trainer, executive search consultant, psychotherapist, innovation consultant, manufacturing manager, purchasing manager, and talent management expert, working with professionals in the fields of finance, energy management, manufacturing and media. He is cross culturally sensitive having lived and worked in Europe, USA and Asia. He has conducted over 3000 interviews globally as an executive search professional and his clients have included some of the most profitable multinational banks, asset management firms and hedge funds such as Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, UBS, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Deutsche, Societe Generale, Commerzbank, Fidelity and Brevan Howard.
He is the founder and owner of Wolfhound Associates, a consulting and training company specialising in hiring process reengineering, and hiring manager and recruiter training. Thomas creates customised programs that are designed to provide the skills and the motivation to apply what is learned in the workshops to the workplace. His engaging and energetic style of training allows him to connect with people so that they too are excited about the programs he delivers. He provides managers with a structured methodology to define the real needs of the job, source the best candidates, conduct a comprehensive interview, attract and close people on career growth which gives his clients a competitive advantage in acquiring talented performers.
Prior to Wolfhound Associates, Thomas set up and ran his own boutique executive search firm in London for 15 years. Held senior executive search roles in US and Japanese companies. He holds a B.Eng. in Electronics, is a qualified Psychotherapist and Eriksonian Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Power Hiring trainer and a certified Dale Carnegie & Associates corporate trainer.
He was born and grew up in Ireland.
